fitness, build a routine and start to TRANSFORM YOUR BODY.
With 28 workouts over a 4 week period you’ll be encouraged to
be active everyday, however I fully understand for most with a
busy career or family life, you may not have 1-2 hours to spend in
a gym training. This is why I’ve created this home workout plan
which consists of short 30minute intense fat burning workouts.
